Two saddles can easily be placed on the collapsible saddle holders. Each saddle holder can hold up to 100 lbs, and there is a lever underneath that will allow it to collapse for easy portability.

We like free-standing saddle racks like the one shown here. Note that it folds up for easy storage and has cloth straps across the bottoms that serve as a shelf. They also make a rack with a wire rack on the bottom, but we prefer the cloth because it's less cumbersome. Actually, they USED to make a rack with a canvas shelf on the bottom, and that was the best because nothing would fall through, but we could not find one on the web. The cloth shelf or straps are easier to fold than the wire racks and are generally less hassle. Having a free standing saddle rack such as this has a couple of benefits:
1) The freestanding nature of the rack will allow you to walk around the saddle and makes accessing it just generally easier
2) You can flip you saddle upside down and clean the underside while its cradled in the rack. See how there is the top bar that fits under the gullet of the saddle? Well, it?s held in place by 2 straps. If you undo the straps, you can flip that bar down, leaving a "V" in saddle rack. When you are cleaning the underside of your saddle, you can plop it in there, upside down. It?s easier than balancing it on your knee.
