Pre-configured starter and add-on pallet systems are made of durable heavy gauge steel for years of service. Heavy-duty one-piece, box-formed 13 gauge steel pallet rack uprights allow height adjustments at 2" increments for easy beam adjustment and maximum space efficiency. 3-1/4" x 4-1/4" x 12 gauge welded base plate anchors upright to floor and distributes weight evenly. Beams feature a positive 6-way locking action lock that automatically and securely snaps beam into place. Welded braces on pallet racks provide maximum rigidity and stability for your pallet storage system. Step-down beam accommodates cross bars and decking. The pallet should overhang the frame by 3" front and back. Long lasting epoxy finish. Interchangeable with teardrop styles of the following pallet rack: Interlake Pallet Rack, Kingway, Steel King, USP, Wireway/Husky, Unarco Pallet Racking and Speed Rack. Starter Pallet Rack Unit includes 2 upright frames and 2 pairs of shelf beams. Add-On Pallet Racking Units include 1 upright frame and 2 pairs of shelf beams. Easy assembly.

This is the most common design of pallet racking used.The standardized "teardrop" connection design makes the uprights and crossbeam interchangeable with those from other manufacturers.This design is very versatile and the boltless design simplifies reconfiguration of beam levels. The alternative to boltless racking is structural pallet rack which is assembled with mechanical fasteners (usually bolts) and may offer higher capacities. Structural pallet racking is also sometimes designed into the structure of the building itself supporting the roof and eliminating the need for I-beams.
Selective pallet racking is the solution when it is necessary to store a wide variety of articles in pallets. Selective pallet racking allows direct access to all stored pallets without moving other pallets. Selective racking allow storage flexibility in terms of weight and volume.
